The verification process in a moisture survey on a low slope or flat roof, I believe should be a non-negotiable and be included in every moisture survey. So this was a moisture area that was suspected based on temperature data or thermal. 

We had elevated moisture meter readings. We’re getting high relative humidity readings.

We can see, hints or indications from the coloration on here that there’s been some water intrusion and it’s going to be really hard to tell.

But some of that darker discoloration down there at the bottom in the EPS is moisture. You stick your hand in there, it’s blowing up. You can see a little bit of the moisture on your fingers.
