In this episode with Jeff Carrillo from Structura View and Marvin Rosario from Airweb Digital
, we break down why thermal imaging and drone inspections should always be part of a bigger strategy—not the only tool you rely on.
We identify suspected moisture, cracks, or structural concerns, but true accuracy comes from correlating drone data with other proven inspection methods. That’s how property managers and contractors get the full picture and make confident decisions.

TRANSCRIPT
Jeff:
The biggest thing to take away from this is that drones are important. They’re valuable. They can do a lot for you, but they should not be an end all be all solution that you think is going to solve all your problems. Whether you’re doing a visual inspection and looking at ceiling conditions and cracks and walls and details like that, you’re observing, you’re visually observing some of these issues.
Same thing with thermal imaging. I’ve said it multiple times. We’re identifying suspected moisture. The reason it’s suspected is because it’s not been verified yet. Best served in correlation with other inspection practices and existing methods today.
