Bad News for This Old Roof!

We recently conducted a moisture survey on the roof using our Tramex DEC Scanner, seen in the attached video. The DEC Scanner identified suspected moisture which was confirmed with core cuts. After mapping the wet areas on the roof, 38% of the roof was found to have moisture within the roofing system. The detailed report was given to the client to determine the next steps.
