When dealing with a roof that spans 30,000 sq. ft., even small areas of hidden moisture can create major costs if left unchecked.

Structura View was called in to perform a large-scale assessment of this expansive system, comprised of a modified bitumen membrane, perlite, and ISO insulation over a metal deck.

Using the Tramex Dec Scanner, AWS electrical resistance testing, and drone mapping, Structura View scanned every section of the roof, identifying moisture with precision across the massive surface.

For the client, this meant a clear, data-driven report that eliminated guesswork, minimized repair expenses, and ensured smart planning for the long-term performance of a roof of this size.
