Before committing to a major reroof in Downtown Lakeland, the client contacted Structura View for a non-destructive inspection. Using advanced technologies like the Tramex Roof & Wall Scanner (RWS), Structura View identified hidden moisture and insulation issues that couldn’t be seen during a visual inspection.
By using non-destructive methods, Structura View helped the client make an informed, confident decision—choosing the right path forward based on facts, not assumptions.

We’re working with the property ownership team here in Lakeland, Florida to assess the condition of a roof for a building here in downtown Lakeland. Springer-Peterson generously came out to help us with core samples and working with us to do the condition assessment. The ownership team knows that they have a roof that’s aging and has a lot of different issues. And while they’re getting sound advice from their current roofing contractor, they wanted to have a third party come in to assess conditions and provide recommendations as to what options they may have that they may not know about.
So during our assessment, we performed a visual condition assessment, generally studying conditions and observing what we could on the surface of the roof. And we did a detailed moisture scan to identify where in the roof moisture issues might be. The combination of that data collection gives us exactly what we need to present the owner with what their options look like based on facts, not on speculation on what we think it looks like.
Based on the results, the owner will have a few options on what they can do with that roof assembly to properly remediate it and solve their problems long term.
